Warranty

We care about seams and hardware. If something goes wrong because of a manufacturing fault, we repair or replace it.

TJO products carry a 3-month warranty on manufacturing defects, from the date of purchase.

How it works

  1. Message the nearest store on Zalo or TJO on Messenger with photos/video of the fault and your receipt.
  2. The store confirms the warranty case.
  3. Bring the item to a store or ship it as instructed.
  4. We inspect and repair or replace it.
  5. Collect it in store or we ship it back.
