Shipping & payment

This website is for browsing styles and checking which store has stock — there is no shopping cart. To order for delivery, message TJO on Messenger or message/call one of our stores on Zalo with the product code, size and address; we confirm stock and ship via GHTK (Giao Hàng Tiết Kiệm).

Delivery

  • Same day within Hanoi; 2–3 days to other provinces (from dispatch, excluding Sundays/holidays when GHTK is closed).
  • Shipping fee 30,000 VND; free on orders over 1,000,000 VND.
  • Delivery within Vietnam only.

Payment

  • Cash on delivery — you may inspect the parcel before paying.
  • Bank transfer (details sent when the order is confirmed).
  • In store: cash, card, bank transfer or QR code.
